Gazebo Hire

If you need protection from the Great British climate, it's hard to go wrong with gazebo hire. Perfect for fetes, festvals and garden parties.

Gazebo hire makes up one of our most hired products in the spring and summer. Great for keeping off spring showers or the hot summer sun, our gazebos for hire are easy to set up. We deliver our gazebos to venues throughout Birmingham and the Black Country, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire and Shropshire along with all our other great event hire.

What kinds of gazebos for hire do we stock?

While Birmingham is a great place to hold an outdoor event, we all know that even in the summer the weather can be unpredictable. The potential for rainy weather means having space under cover is going to be a necessity, particularly if you’re the one facing a day in the wet. A pop up gazebo for hire from can help make sure your event is a success even if the weather isn’t.

We deliver gazebos to outdoor events across the West Midlands from Telford and Wolverhampton to Stratford-upon-Avon and have both large gazebos for hire as well as smaller ones in stock. All of our pop up gazebos for rent are complete with side walls and weights so you don’t have to worry about sourcing any accessories for them when ordering.

The pop up gazebo packages for hire we offer are made for commercial customers and come with durable coverings and sturdy poles. This means that the gazebos we offer are not really suitable for formal events where the aesthetics are all important, but it also means that our gazebos aren’t cheap and flimsy either. The gazebos we have are also incredibly easy to erect – simply telescope the frame apart until it reaches full size, extend the legs and then put the cover on top.

Is a gazebo for hire easy to put up?

The first thing to know about the pop up gazebo for hire we offer is that they are very, very easy to set up, although it does require at least two people to do the job. Our gazebo kits for hire come in a bag, which needs to be removed first. As the gazebo frame is made to a commercial standard and heavy, it's wiser to take the bag off the frame rather than the frame out of the bag. Once the bag has been removed, the frame needs to be gently extended. This is done by one person on each side pulling outwards so the frame extends into it's full shape.

Then it’s a simple case of unscrewing the legs, and attaching the walls if needed to complete the task. Our gazebos come complete with weights and tie ropes to help keep them grounded; these will handle light winds but gazebos must be taken down if there is any severe weather. Our pop up gazebo packages for hire should not be left unattended for long periods of time.

How can I heat and light my gazebo tent for hire?

Heating can be tricky with gazebos. While LPG patio heaters are great in outside conditions, they are dangerous under cover and should never be used in conjunction with gazebos. Not only can the heat from the heater melt the gazebo, but there is a potential for a build up of fumes in a non-ventilated area that is dangerous.

To combat this problem, we offer specialised heaters which customers can hire with a gazebo tent for hire. These provide infra red heat which does not give off any fumes, and can be safely attached to the middle of the frame of the gazebo. We also offer a variety of lighting solutions from string lights to LED lights to ensure you can you use your garden gazebo for hire even when the sun has gone down.
