What kind of exhibition hire is there?

One of the things we’ve learned a lot about with the National Exhibition Centre on our doorstep is exhibition hire. We’ve delivered exhibition furniture hire to literally hundreds of events at the NEC, as well as to trade shows and events at venues throughout the West Midlands region.

One of our most popular products are our display cabinets for hire. These pieces of exhibition furniture are absolutely perfect for showcasing your products and services at an exhibition. We have various sizes of display cabinet to help you fit your stand footprint and all come with LED lights as standard. For those customers who are retailing at a show our cabinets with lockable storage areas are perfect for securely storing products as well as selling them.

Exhibitions are also important spaces to meet with potential suppliers, partners and customers. Whether is an informal chat in sofas around a coffee table, or a standup meeting at a poseur table in a tight space, we can help you.

What do I need to know to get the best from my exhibition hire?

When looking for exhibition hire, there are a few things that you need to have in your mind so that you order the right things. Firstly, what size is your stand? Having a plan of your floorspace can help you understand how much you can fit into it and how it will look. We’ve included dimensions of all our exhibition furniture such as showcases and display cabinets to help you understand how they will work for you.

At Expo Hire Birmingham, we pride ourselves on high standards. That's why we thoroughly clean, check and PAT test our electrical appliances prior to delivery. All equipment is supplied with a 3 pin UK plug, meaning it's widely compatible in all venues. Please Note: You may need to check your venue's wiring does not become overloaded. We can also provide proof of PAT testing should you require it.

What about delivery of exhibition hire?

We offer a fixed carriage charge irrespective of actual mileage to various exhibition centres in the West Midlands including the National Exhibition Centre, the International Convention Centre and Telford International Centre among others. This charge includes timed delivery and collection. To check if the venue your event is at is covered by this scheme, visit our carriage calculator page and enter the venue postcode. The majority of venues covered by this scheme have a fixed mileage charge of £100 and a minimum order value of £500 which is confirmed by the carriage calculator page.

The most important thing we need from you when you place your order is your show name, hall and stand number. This allows us to deliver to and collect from your stand directly, even if you’re not present. The day of delivery should always be the setup day for your show, while the day of collection should be the breakdown day.
