Beautifully present sushi, tapas or other buffet items on these 1/3 gastronorm size slates. These slates have been varnished to make them waterproof and oil repellent. The natural jagged edges give a striking appearance, especially against a white cloth. Natural slate is also great for serving cheese boards or cold meat platters.
These slates are not suitable for dishwashers and should be washed by hand only. Do not immerse them in water.
