A versatile heated display unit which offers a variety of uses, from keeping orders warn, to buffets and carvery operations at the front of house. With a heated adjustable bed which operates from 0 to 110⁰c and heated from the three internal halogen lights above, the machine includes two sneeze guards for front and rear and a separate switch for the lighting and main bed plate heating.
