Easy to use and clean, the durable stainless steel construction and heavy duty castors ensure that the machine is manoeuvrable and strong. Include the high performance burners and the commercial grade drainage valve and it's clear to see that this fryer is perfect for the professional caterer's deep frying needs. This fryer is for commercial use only; it is not suitable for household use.
A 30mm wrench is required to connect this item to the gas bottle, which can be hired separately.
Like all of our LPG equipment, a Gas Safe engineer routinely services and certifies our LPG fryers as safe to use. These certificates can be supplied on request once equipment is allocated to an order. All LPG equipment comes with a hose, regulator and a standard bayonet connector. Please note our drivers cannot set up or attach equipment; if you do not feel safe doing so we recommend using the services of a Gas Safe engineer.
