Birmingham Catering and Event Hire Update

It’s taken a lot of time and effort, but we’re very proud to show off our new site design for Birmingham Catering and Event Hire. We’re confident we’ve made it easier than ever for you to get the catering hire, exhibition furniture and event hire you need from us online.

This is our fourth site design and by far the best. We listened to our customers about what you needed from us on our site and have changed the way our site looks to help you find what you need. Let’s take a tour around the site to show you what’s new and improved.

The first thing you’ll notice is on the homepage – our carriage calculator. One of the most frequent questions we get asked is how much delivery of hire equipment will cost. We’ve made it as easy as possible to calculate a standard delivery charge; just pop in your postcode and our carriage calculator will show you how much this will be.

We’ve also added into the checkout a “Premium Delivery” option so that you don’t have to worry about helping our drivers unload or load your hire equipment from our vans. Just select the box when checking out to take advantage of this option. If you’re looking for a timed delivery or an out of hours delivery you can talk to our team on 0800 910 1317 to find out how we can serve you and what fees are applicable.

Another thing we’ve updated is our range of categories and products. We have more products available than ever as we’ve watched people’s hire needs grow. From our new bean to cup coffee machines to pizza ovens, we’ve got the widest range of catering equipment hire products available. We’ve extended our popular gaming machine hire with basketball machines and tv packages, while our furniture range now even includes inflatable furniture.

Ordering couldn’t be easier now with our easy checkout. We’ve made it easier to separate your delivery and billing addresses if needed, and it’s now possible to order without registering for those who want to. However, for those who have registered keep an eye on your inbox as we’re giving away a discount code so you can save even more money when hiring from us.

We’re also proud to say we’re now members of both the Event Supplier and Services Association (ESSA) and the Event Hire Association (EHA), allowing you to hire from us with confidence.
