Just a quick update regarding our Christmas and New Year opening hours. We’ve taken a decision as a business to close down fully from 22nd December until 7th January. This means we cannot accept any orders at all for Christmas Day or New Years Eve. This has been a big decision for us to make; Christmas is traditionally a busy time of year for us as a company but we felt we needed to put the needs of our staff above financial gain.
A lot of people who work for us come from all over the world and we are very grateful to have them working for us. We’re on the road delivering and collecting hire equipment seven days a week for the rest of the year and we felt that this might be the only time that people have the opportunity to take a real break and visit family. The hours some of our staff work, especially over the summer months, is phenomenal. This our way of giving a little bit back to them.
We know this might be disappointing news for some customers out there but we’d like them to know this isn’t a decision we’ve come to lightly. We have been in contact with other companies within the hire industry and will happily direct you to a company that will be open.
